At Faerie Magazine, we want your ethereal garments to fit perfectly and bring magic to your wardrobe. If your purchase isn't quite right, we offer returns or exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Magic in Progress

  Once our enchanted forest warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund or ship your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
